1. What Warembo Is

Warembo is an online advertising directory. We provide a platform where independent escorts, escort agencies, massage parlours and adult entertainers in Kenya can advertise their services. Warembo is not an escort agency. We do not employ, manage, endorse or arrange meetings with any advertiser, and we are not a party to any arrangement between visitors and advertisers.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to browse or advertise on Warembo.
• By using this site you confirm you are an adult and that viewing adult content is lawful where you live.
• Advertisers must be adults advertising their own services or acting with the consent of the persons advertised.

3. Advertiser Responsibilities

• All information in your listing must be accurate and honest — real photos, valid contact details and truthful descriptions.
• You are solely responsible for the content you publish and the services you offer.
• You must comply with all applicable Kenyan laws.
• You may only advertise services that are legal. Warembo does not permit listings that promote illegal activity.

4. Prohibited Content

The following will result in immediate removal and account termination:

• Any content involving minors or persons under 18 — zero tolerance, reported to authorities.
• Content depicting or promoting coercion, trafficking or exploitation of any kind.
• Fake photos, stolen images, or impersonating another person.
• Fraud, scams, or requests for payment before services outside of listing fees.
• Advertising illegal goods or services.

5. Listing Packages & Payments

• Listings are activated upon payment of the selected package (Regular, Prime, Prime VIP or VIP) via M-Pesa.
• Listing fees are non-refundable once a listing has been activated, except where required by law.
• VIP and Prime packages receive higher placement in browse results for the listing period.
• Expired listings are hidden automatically until renewed.

6. Visitor Responsibilities

• Arrangements, negotiations and payments for services are strictly between you and the advertiser.
• Verify details before meeting, never send money in advance to unverified contacts, and always prioritise your safety.
• Report fake or suspicious profiles via our Contact page.

7. Moderation

We review listings and may edit, suspend or remove any listing or account that violates these terms, contains misleading information, or harms the integrity of the platform — with or without notice. We may refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

8. Disclaimers & Liability

• Warembo provides the platform "as is" and makes no guarantee about the accuracy, quality or legitimacy of any listing.
• We are not responsible for the conduct of advertisers or visitors, or for any dispute, loss or damage arising from arrangements made through the site.
• To the maximum extent permitted by Kenyan law, Warembo's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Intellectual Property

The Warembo name, logo and site design belong to us. Advertisers retain rights to their own photos and content but grant us a licence to display them on the platform for advertising purposes.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of Kenya.
